14 days from delivery. Free returns on all full-priced ready-to-wear within the UK, EU, and India. Tagged, unworn, in original packaging.

How to return

1. Sign in to your account and request a return on the order.
2. We'll email you a prepaid label (UK / EU / IN) or a returns reference for elsewhere.
3. Pack the item with original packaging and the returns slip.
4. Drop off at the courier — we'll notify you on receipt and refund within 7 working days.

Final sale

Pieces from the Archive and bespoke / made-to-measure orders are final sale.

Jewellery

Fine jewellery must be unworn with all certification intact. Pierced earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
